tetramax sequential atpg [help]

hello everyone
i want to simulate a sequential circuit by tetramax
could you help me
i need a instruction for doing it

If you have access to Synopsys tetramax, it is assumed that you have access to its documentation and user-guide too.
That is your starting point.

Then probably other members here also do not have enough time to make a summary of the 'TetraMax user guide' and then type them out here!

i want to work by tetramax. but i dont have dft compiler.

could you provide me any still protocol file of any small circuit or even a decoder so that i can try and use it with tetramax

I am currently not working with ASICs, so can't help.

I am sorry, your post is incoherent. I have no clue what you are looking for. I would think other members are equally puzzled.

I can't write english good . english is my second language
I just need (.spf) file and verilog file for starting by tetramax. because i don't have dft compiler program
