Dewoo lcd lm32l1cd picture fading

when i power no oicture comes properly. but in bitween 1 minuts picture is fading and white bright background will appear on the picture. if i put off and on again same thing hapening bitween 1 minuts. where should be the trouble.....
plc any body help me

firstly check the plugs on the t-con board/change the t-con board.

i was change tcon but the trouble no difference i was che it like this. remoov lvds cable and powerup tv and after 1 minute i re plug lvds. picture comes nicely and after 1 minute again slowly picture fading and white background comes on picture. (same thing) is that meen definitely power and video pcbs are ok ? or what should be the trouble
