devide image into predefine block size

if i m having an image, & i want to divide this image into small block size (3*3 matrix). if anyone having knoledge abt this plz help me

first take image in matlab with a constant (a,b, or c), and then take x= a[3,3].

actually i hav a image of 245*300
and i want to devide all the image into predefine size means 3*3 matrix of all the image

i do this before but i not get the result

so plz give me any another technique to solve my problem
