detect peak position of a curve

if i wnat to detect second peak of a curve(first peak is heigher) in matlab, what i should do?

can anyone help me?

Take derivative of the curve, and look for the 2nd highest value where the derivative is close to 0. Make sure to look for the value at least some distance away from the highest point.
