detailed protect circuits of ST TDA7293 needed

tda7293 circuits

I am working with TDA7293 now.

It is told in the specification that it has a SOA protection combined with thermal protection circuits for VDMOS in output stage. But I still need to know the detailed schematics of the circuits.

Is there anyone who has it?
