Desoldering surface mount transformer?

Please can you advise: Do you have equipment which we can buy to desolder the following transformer off an 18 layer PCB?

It does not matter if the transformer is destroyed, but the PCB, and the other components on it, should not be damaged during the desoldering of this transformer

Hot air applied to the transformer exclusively is an option, preferably with bottom side board preheating.

Or detaching individual pins sequentially with solder iron and stainless steel film.

Cutting individual pins seems unsuitable with this device unless you don't have special tools, e.g. a hand tool with miniature cutting disc.
