desinning 32 Bytes RAM (help Rq)

i have assingment to design 32 Bytes RAM on Circuit maker , which have all
read , write , address bus 5 bits and data bus 8 bus , how to do
plz help me and send me some information at

Hi,

I thing that you need to design register bank. You need 32 x 8-bit registers, write decoder and read decoder (multiplexer).

You can save chip area with dynamic master-slave configuartion and implement registers with latches.
