Designing third order filter

Can someone help me in designing stable third order passive filter for 2.4 GHz frequency in simulink ?
how to check its stability?

All passive filters are stable. Maybe you should say what sort of filter you want - high pass / low pass etc.

Sorry, I don't know anything about simulink.

i want a low pass filter with proper derivable mathematical transfer function so to be used in PLL for minimum settling time.
plz i need it urgently

it will calculate and design the filter for you. I do not know if that help you or not. But you have a prototype response.
