Hi all
I need a simple design for counter,
there is an input trigger pin
when trigger is going from low to high, the output should be "1" for 10 seconds,
if another trigger appears in these 10 seconds, the output should start counting 10 second again, still holding the "1" at output
for example: no trigger - output is "0", first trigger appears, output is "1" and start counting 10 seconds, but after 3 seconds come another trigger, so system should count 10 seconds again, so in total the output should be "1" for 13 seconds, and then set to "0"
I need a simple design, for example with 555 and latches/gates
accuracy is not needed, +/- seconds will not make a trouble

tnx a lot

a retriggarable monostabe multivibrator will satisfy the requirement.
