Hello Everyone;
For designing a wideband tunable synthesizer in the 850MHz-1450MHz, What's your idea?

u can use PLL synthesizer , u can use fractional N , or interger N toptology

Please give more information. For example inform me about PLL ICs, VCOs, etc.

check this PLL
**broken link removed**

and u need a VCO for it
**broken link removed**

there also alot

search the internet

and then after this u will need to do PLL system level simulation

Hello khouly;
How can I simulate it? Which software is the best?
Also my specified frequency band is 850-1450MHz, Not 148-174MHz as specified for JTOS-300P.

use the simulation software of analog devices it is free
and it is ok to use this VCO coz the PLL will adapte the VCO frequency

Hi Khouly,

Do you have a link for the software from analog device?
Thanks
