Hi , everyone :

I have one question need your help : I want to make a pass device
for a LDO with normal CMOS process with the Vin being 12V , and
the drop-out voltage 300mv , max output current 500mA . Is it possible ?

Pass device of LDO

300mV drop out would be possible rather with bipolar transistor.
