CAN ANY ONE SUGGEST ME THE DESIGN STEPS AND ITS ARCHITECTURE FOR PLL DESIGN????

hi

system level simulation by using Matlab is the best way to start. By simulate the transfer function, you get feel how PLL work.

I think fist you should know which field your ppll is used in. Different field need different spec

the ebook is already posted in in this board

ya i hv started the appoach from razavi but still i need some depth as far as transistor level is concern

You can read some doctoral dissertation from good universities such UCLA.
