Hi All,

Does anyone have the design rule of 90nm technology or know where to get it? Thanks.

This will be process dependent, not all 90nm processes are 100% technically the same. The best way will be to ask your foundry about it...
 

Ask your Foundry or Fab ( if you are not in a fabless firm).

FYI, all this are very sensitive information, and each foundry/fab specs are different.
