Can anybody provide me with a design problem for DLL? Please help me.. its urgent
 

Design problems...do you mean that how to design DLL or what is critical part of DLL design??
 

In my opinion, maybe the VCDL and PFD is the key block.
PFD in DLL has harmonic locked problem
