help
i am doing 10 bits pipeline adc.
i have a problem about the high speed ap amp .which arch shold i choose?
1) one stage folded cascode with gain boosted?
2)two stage folded cascode OP AMP?
or something else is the best?
and could u tell me the reason for choosing this?
supply voltage=1.2V
input range=500mV differential
output swing=1V
Dynamic Range(SNR)=62db
settling time(optimal)=5ns
SR≥300MV/S
open loop gain>72.25DB
fta=740MHZ

om amps

The gain boosted one is better in this case.
The two stage opa suffers from the additional pole and thus needs compensation while slowing down itself.
The two stage one also has stability problem with capacitive load.

supply voltage=1.2V ??
what is your process?
