hi every body

i have a simple question!. is there any tool to find out the observability and controlability of gates in a combinational netlist?
plz help
 

I have TETRAMAX. but I can not find out how to do it! Im looking for a tool to find out the amount of observability and controability of gates. I think tetramax is not capabale of doing this! if Im wrong so help me
 

Use report_faults to get statistics for given class of faults at given level of hierarchy.
Code: 
report_faults -class AN -level 4 10
I'm not sure if TMAX allow to generate test patterns without scan chains (which you have not in purely combinational netlist).

I found something else too,
set_pindata command in tetramax. would you check this command?
