Im looking for a tool to find out the amount of observability and controability of gates. I think tetramax is not capabale of doing this! if Im wrong so help me

Code: report_faults -class AN -level 4 10 I'm not sure if TMAX allow to generate test patterns without scan chains (which you have not in purely combinational netlist).
