Design FIR Filter In AHDL

Hello everyone

i want to design FIR filter in AHDL with 8 bit data width and 20 Taps.

I am new in this language and unable to do this. so plz anyone can help me regarding this design.

you can go to www.altera.com find the category of example..
download AHDL example of multiplier and adder
i think they have 1 or 2 filter example..

I shall be very thankful to you. I went to altera website but they just display the block diagram. nothingelse.
