design differential amplifier and find offset

I am using MOSFET to design signal stage differential amplifier and I want the output of signal ended equal zero or close to be zero,the power supply are Vdd=3.3 and Vss=-3.3. I want help

i have this lesson and i read it again, but there isn't nothing about (how can i find output offset and how can i reduce.
