Design circuitary on Power on Reset PAD

Hi Everybody!

What i need to do to design circuitary on "Power on Reset PAD"; means when the voltage hit around 1.0V until 1.2V the PAD will on . Fyi the threshold voltage for the transistor that i used is around 0.6V, please advice,
