Design Analyzer fatal error

hi my friends

I recently installed synopsys design compiler on RHEL server 5

when I start Design Analyzer it starts with no problems

but when I select file>analyze to load my design "*.vhd file" the following error comes

Error id=489925


Fatal: Internal system error, cannot recover.

Can I know HOW could you overcome it

i encountered a problem when typing "design_analyzer", the error message is:
/edatools/synopsys/X-2005.12-SP1/linux/syn/bin/design_analyzer: line 247: /edatools/synopsys/X-2005.12-Sp1/linux/syn/bin/dc_view_exec: No such file or directory.

I checked the directory, there is not the dc_view_exec, what's the matter? Can't run design_analyzer in DC 2005? I tried design_vision, the error message is :
bash:design_vision: command not found
