design a mppt charger for 450V,8Ah input and 144V, 25A output

hello
I want to design a mppt photo voltaic charger for a 450Volt and 8Amp input and 144Volt and 25Amp output.
I attached the diagram of the circuit. what element I can use for:
voltage sensor
current sensor
Q1
micro controller
L1
C1
C2
D1
calculation for buck converter results:
C1=C2=100uf
L1=20mh
load is 12 lead acid battery , each voltage is 12V and capacity is 200Ah connected in series.
is any excess element needed?
pls help me...
