what does DEPTH and WIDTH of SDRAM refet to?

as well the DENSITY of SDRAM refers to what?

Hi,
Depth of SDRAM means number of locations (number of words it can store)
Width means length of each word.
Density refers to integration density of the chip. i.e. storage capacity per unit area of the chip. To get more density than a vendor can provide we sometime club two SDRAMs and use them as one entity.
