hi sandip, im trying to repair a dell latitude d630, the is ac adaptor light shut-off when plug into laptop,
i already remove dc jack and tested, it was good. can you help me which area of the motherboard should i focus on? thank you.

First what voltage you measure on adapter?
What is condition of battery ?
Did you try only on adapter without battery?
Did you check DC plug clearance on laptop? (shortcircuit when put plug in)
