Dell Latitude C640 dead

Dear Sir, I have Dell Latitude C640 Laptop. It is power on just for 2 Seconds. After that it power off. No display, No beeps. I have checked burn marks. But no burn marks. Please let me know, what is this problem and where to start troubleshooting. Please help me.
 

I have a DELL Latitude 630.
It just happens when battery is almost totally discharged.

I have checked using the power adapter. But result is same as above.
