I was looking at 256MB DDR2 Memory. The datasheet 8Megx8x4 banks
What exactly does it mean?
I looked at the 32Megx8 memory block diagram in page 12 of datasheet. Now I am even more confused.

Answered my question. But I got another question - what is cell size ?
In the elpida app note (**broken link removed**) cell size is 16?
The app note says 16 IO lines. Why do you need 16 IO lines? or 32 in case of micron.
