tl494 smps dc to dc converter

Dear Friends,
I am having a SMPS working in 48V dc and having o/p of +50V and -50V.
Its uses TL494 and IRFs. Also using some transformers for taking feed back etc. Now its creating noise and also the output is not regulated. We are getting many o/ps in various frequencies(600-1500Hz).
If any body knows about the designs using TL494, please help me to re design the same.

Regards,
Rakesh.
