DC motor controller circuit needed

12 volt dc motor speed controller 100 MA with 12 volt dc battery charger of 4Ah .

I need a complete circit for this. Can anyone help me

I need a 12V Dc motor speed controller which can control the speed of DC motor using a potentiometer and It should have a 12V battery charger !
