Thank you pugongying, can you please provide any materials regarding how to do it in cadence .... I mean say i have a comparator circuit ,how do i perform monte carlo for it in cadence ...

monte-carlo is mathematical tool but difficult to apply , i was used it in current density evaluation purpose .

monte-carlo model must be provided by your foundry.
