DC error while converting .lib to .db

Hi

I'm trying to convert library.lib to library.db using this commands

dc_shell> read_lib lib_name.lib
dc_shell> write_lib -output lib_name.db lib_name

but i faced this error:
The 'tsmc.lib' library has not been read in yet. (UIL-3)

anyone can help?

please make sure that the name of the library is the same as in the .lib. so basically in your example when you reading tsmc.lib, if you open the library the library name should be tsmc else it will not read the .lib.
