Hi every body.

i need a circuit for my project.
I have 5 VDC and 5 mA in outlet .so i can't drive any component like relays.:cry::cry::cry:
at the first i want to toggle out put ("HI:5 VDC" to "0" and "LOW:0" to "24VDC")
secondary boost current to 200mA.:?:

pls help me.
