Hello members,

i am looking for DC/DC COnverter design based on 1 MHz freq. with up to 10 Watts of power and output are low voltage between 3.5 to 15 Volts ( Max three outputs)
I need help from group expert memebers who have effort in this direction.
I need clarification on
1) PWM controller selection that support for 1 Mhz freq.
2) Magnetics ( toroidal cores for Transformer and Inductror ) Design criteria
3) PCB layout design related help
4) or any other precautions.

I hope there are many expert in this forum who have face such design problems and have bette solution.

Please send email on "bdmehta@yahoo.com"

Regards,

Bharatkumar.

Search in Maxim or in Linear, they have a lot application note

Long time ago, I saw an IC from Motorola, that work not in PWM mode, but in FM mode ( modulated frequency ). It operate at 1MHz, but the mayor constraint is the need of a constant consumption load.
