when we r applying dc vtg to a capacitor molecules of dielectric will get polarise . why even after removal of vtg it is remains as polarised. why it is not going to it s orginal stage .
 

when you remove the vtg source there is no closed path for discharge. So the charges stay where they are. Remember -- If there is no voltage source you are not applying 0V across the cap.

Also, if you notice in circuits, usually there is a resistor across the capacitor. It is the presence of the resistor that realizes the closed path for discharge as mentioned previously
