I am looking for NE76084 datasheet. I have one but it not contains a nonlinear model. so if there one that contain nonlinear model you can send it to my email microwave_tetuan@yahoo.com

Thank you for your help but what i want is to know the nonlinear model so to be able to simulate this transitor by FDTD method. so any help?
