i have problem with sim300cz-v3.0.can anyone help me
i cant run this module.i read it's datasheet is different from SIM300CZ_HD_V1.01 , is it true?
i can't find it's datasheet can you help me.this is very important for me

ok, what you really need know about this module?
I think the both have the same module SIM300, but maybe alittle different features.

tanks for attrition .I have this datasheet but It is for SIM300CZ_HD_V1.01 and SIM300-HD-V1.06 but my modulo is
SIM300CZ-V3.04 . I think they have different datasheet.
I want SIM300CZ-V3.04 datasheet.

there may be no big changes from one version to another, may have
changed some parameter command or something. Maybe if you ask the datasheet
for the vendor where you purchased this module, it can provide you.:wink:

I use this datasheet but before and after I turn the module, voltage on sim card VCC port is low .

I know nothing about their training .. I'm guessing u are hobbyist with little experience(sorry if I'm wrong), so I will make some questions to help you.:wink:
Another question, make sure you are feeding the module correctly.
For example, your source is stable? It provides the current and voltage required to maintain the work of the module?

I want to send message with PC . I buy sim300cz-v3.04 module to send and receive sms from PC. I can find the Schematic for it. and find datasheet of SIM300CZ_HD_V1.01 datasheet. I connect it pin According to this datasheet . but I can't use it , it has not any out put. I check voltage of pin . I don't see voltage on sim vdd pin(it was 0). I search about it on internet . one person say "sim300cz-v3.04 has Different data sheet rather tan SIM300CZ_HD_V1.01 ". now I want to find sim300cz-v3.04 datasheet.

I turn on my module with sim300cz-hd-v1.01 . I think my module has same pinout. when I push the PWRKEY and connect to GND my NETLIGHT led turn on and start to Blink. but I don't receive any data in HyperTerminal. I check pin voltage, voltage of SIM VDD is 0.what you think? what's the problem? I search to find another datasheet or use this datasheet.

Too bad it did not work..:-(
So datasheet is important, these modules have more than one power pin and GND, so it is important to check that everyone is connected and properly powered. It is very likely that your board needs to be fed by another pin, so there is no tension on the SIM pin. You do not have contact seller to provide you the datasheet?
