You go direct to that site and see NO DATA.

Than it would be chinese part number, because there is a micro-controller listed there under that number. You did not provide more information as to how many legs that ic has, or if there is crystal attached to it or voltages across some legs or photo of the ic, so it is kind of hard to guess.
 

This IC with 7pins is from main power of EIZO FlexScan F520 monitor ,is not microcontroller.

There are few eizo service manuals at this site, I would suggest to download them all and check eachone to see if they have used this ic elsewhere that would get us somewhere, check the following site to download them:

Here is another site called electrotanya.com and they have a few monitors schematics made by eizo but I was unable to download them maybe you can figure it out.
