Data Transfer in 10G refer to....

10 Giga Bytes per second (or)

10 Giga Bits per second....

i think it's 10 Giga bits per second
 

In almost all protocols I can think of ... it is gigabits...
 

Data transfer would generally be in bits, and storage in bytes.
 

10G bps : 10 giga bit per second...
Since 1 bit is carried by one symbol, 10G also refer to the baud rate: 10 giga symbol per second.

10 GBps is bit rate.
how can it be equal to baud rate....?
baud rate is the no of signal changes per second right...?
