Who is the manufacturer of T6963C and KS010xxx?
I'm looking for some data sheets and application notes.

KS010xx are made by Samsung:

T6963C DOT MATRIX LCD CONTROL LSI is made by Toshiba:

Next time I would recommend you use **broken link removed** to search for data sheets for any unknown (and know) IC's. That's where I found the IC's. You have to register for free to use the site.
