D flip flop with preset and reset

I'm designing the counter in bipolar technology and i can't find the appropriate scheme of D flip flop with asynchronous preset and clear in ECL technology. Can anybody post scheme of that flip flop or book where i can find smth about it.

In pls. find an ECL transistor schematic of a D Flip-Flop (Fig. 1-8, p. 13 resp. 24). S & R are the asynchronous preset and clear inputs.
