I am trying generate the highest track and hold amplifier with Fin=3GHz and Fs=10GHz. I have begaun with the designing of switched emitter follower and came across the problem: I couldn't design the current mirror for my circuit. It may be quite easy.. I don't know. Please Help me!!!!
