Hi,

I want to plot curve(i,y-axis) in atlas package of silvaco, but I can't set the x-axis to be y coordination and the y-axis be value of i.

It's also useful to plot current flow line in *.str file.

I wonder if you can help me to solve this problem.

Regards,
Faezeh

I do not understand. In Tonyplot, you can switch X,Y axes. Or if you just look inside the STR file, using something like excel or SAS JMP, you can import the data ad do whatever you like with it. Can you post a specific example (input deck) and what you want to do with the results?
