Hi fellow CST users,

I am interested in learning how to short circuit and open circuit a given coaxial feedthrough in CST HF solver?. I have designed a cavity resonator with two coaxial feedthrough (symmetrical design). One feedthrough will be used for measuring the induced signals by a given excitation. I am interested in using the other feedthrough as a resonance trombone where I can connect a 50 Ohm coaxial cable and just vary the length to shift the resonance frequency. I want to simulate this scenario in CST for both open and shorted ends for the coaxial cable. I have not figured out how I can do this.

I would really appreciate any help here.

Many thanks
Sudha
