cst microwave installation

i am installing cst but there is problem occured during step no 28..... when i write my computer name in server name and then press ok then it give error,,,, code eror -97,,,,,,,, plz help me in it,,,, i tried thrice,,,,

I don't have CST (once had a trail), but is it using the flexlm license manager? If so, that horrid thing has a set of error codes.

"The desired vendor daemon is down.
1) Check the lmgrd log file, or 2) Try lmreread. "

If so, it sounds like the license manager is not starting. There should be a log file for the license manager. Look for license.log or something like that.
