crosstalk coefficient

Given forward and reverse crosstalk coupling coefficients, how are these numbers converted into voltages on the other line as a function of the pulse rise time and the line length?

deriving crosstalk coefficients

The Ultracad calculator referenced in the article is good. I have another program that calculates the coupling coefficient without going any further.
