i need soc with min

you can use national semiconductor cp3000
but must register to have the detailed datasheets
 

The newest PSoC families CY29xxx can support only 2K SRAM, 32K Flash with EEPROM (emulation in Flash), up to 14bit ADC, 9it DAC, 4MIPS
