CPIN: NOT READY After coming into a network area from a NO network area (SIM800L)..?

I am working on SIM800L module which fetch Tower data and transmit it through GPRS. It works fine when it is stationary in network area BUT stops transmitting when we enter a network area from a NO network area .
Please, somebody help to resolve this issue.
