[AVR] Copying sms in array in SIM300

I want to send received SMS to other number so I want to copy that topmost SMS in array & after that I want to send it using AT commands. Please can anyone help to out to provide the code for it in C?

Read data from GSM into a buffer. Parse the buffer and extract the actual message (SMS) and then send it to another number.

What AVR controller are you using ? Does it has sufficient RAM to hold the received SMS ? Say 200 or 300 bytes ?
