Copper Pours - is there need for them in my design ?

Copper Pours

Design is a mixed signal 4 layer board; rf single ended< 500Mhz, rf diff pairs <900Mhz and a dsp. Is there any value in adding a copper pour around the rf traces with vias every 1/20th wl?
