Converting LM35 output into Temp

How to convert the output of LM35 into temp???I am interfacing it with AT89S52 MCU
 

LM 35 gives voltage output (10mv/ deg C) ..so it is very simple convert the analog voltage using ADC of AT89S52 and you will get the temperature..
 

Conversion depends upon sensor sensitivity and ADC step size.see the attachment
