converting sdf file to dbf

convert .sdf file into .dbf

A PDA device is with SQL CE 2.0 and a computer is with SQL Server 2000. I would like to read CE2.0 database file (*.sdf) in SQL Server 2000 and vice versa. Provided that Visual Studio .net 2003 is used.

Do you know how to convert .sdf file into .dbf file??????
