CONTEXT SAVING AND PIC18F PRIORITY INTERUPTS

I'll appreciate if all you PIC gurus can can advise me on how to handle context saving for high priority interupts on the new range of PIC18F452. Does it follow the same format at normal context saving when priority interups are not used? Please include a sample template of what this code might look like.
